  • Assess claims independently to determine manufacturing defects vs. misuse using technical evaluation and evidence.
  • Conduct on-site inspections across UAE, validating claims and completing customer visits within one week of claim registration.
  • Prepare accurate warranty inspection and analysis reports aligned with manufacturer guidelines and warranty T&Cs.
  • Communicate claim decisions (accepted/rejected) clearly to customers while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Perform root cause analysis to identify recurring issues, misuse patterns, and product quality risks.
  • Recommend corrective and preventive actions to reduce repeat or non-genuine claims and warranty costs.
  • Represent Al-Futtaim Automotive during inspections, investigations, and warranty discussions with customers.
  • Deliver product training to customers, service advisors, and technicians on proper usage, fitment, and warranty policies.
  • Provide technical feedback, testing results, and field insights to internal teams and principals to improve product quality.
  • Maintain high accuracy in claim handling, reporting, and communication while minimizing escalations.
  • Support warranty analysis and process development for IAM mechanical and electrical spare parts.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

  • Strong ability to inspect tires, batteries, and automotive components, identify failure modes, and distinguish manufacturing defects from misuse or external damage.
  • Capability to assess warranty claims accurately based on manufacturer guidelines and prepare clear, structured inspection and analysis reports.
  • Ability to confidently explain technical findings, warranty decisions, and preventive recommendations to customers while maintaining a professional and customer-focused approach.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage daily travel, conduct multiple site inspections across the UAE, and meet claim response and reporting timelines.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

  • Diploma/Technical Degree in Mechanical, Automotive, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive warranty, quality, or technical field roles.
  • Valid UAE driving license.
  • Technical expertise in tires, batteries, and aftermarket spare parts.
