Job Description
- In coordination with the projects’ lead, manage staff timesheets preparation, approval and submission process to the office.
- Cross check projects’ timesheet against time booking on the system.
- Coordination with the accounting team in the office on processing timesheets for invoicing.
- Follow up with the projects’ leads on payment of our invoices.
- Coordinate with projects’ lead to complete setting up new projects on the system.
- Visiting projects as and when needed to follow up with the projects’ leads to complete regular assignments.
- Support Head of Buildings Supervision with admin tasks when required.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- 1-5 years experience in the United Arab Emirates
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Collaborative approach
- Construction industry knowledge preferred
- Valid UAE driving license and own transport
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education degree in business administration, accounting, QS or similar field
