Training & Safety Engineer 

• Design and implement training courses in addition to IIF Training Programs to ensure higher-than-expected quality Coordinate the with Workshop managers to handle regular training to Division Staff in all Branches and measures and evaluate staff level.
• Provide technical advice to help workshops technical trouble shootings when necessary.
• Implement and Follow up Safety Issues in all workshops with coordination with workshop in charge.
• Apply random inspections for safe operation methods to ensure safety procedures and usage of equips / materials safely.
• Monitor and insure 5S policy implementation at work areas all the time.
• Establishes and assures adherence to maintenance procedures for service facilities.
• Prepare training programs and requirements and evaluation reports required for Division Manager and IIF upon request.
• In coordination with workshop in charges – update and follow up the special Tools accuracy and availability to ensure effective and quality service procedures.
• Reports weekly and monthly training progress to the Division Manager.
• Managing workshop operation following health & Safety guidelines as per ISO standard Policy.
• Arranging proper training and workshops for customer drivers. (Product training & ECO drive training).
• Prepare/train /coach The Technical & non-Technical Service teams to participate the Isuzu IIF GP & I-1 GP as requested.
• Support technical Team / warranty to create TIR’s and Health Reports as necessary.
• Lead, Follow and support Fleet care activity.
• Supervise and Follow up IDS activity.​

Requirements

• B. Sc Mechanical / Automobiles/Mechatronics/engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum experience 1-3years in similar field.
• Excellent command in English & Arabic – other languages is a plus.
• Good Communication Skills.
• Good Computer Knowledge.
• UAE Driving License.​
