About the Job

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in supervising the pizza section, ensuring consistent quality, authenticity, and presentation
• Take a hands-on role in dough preparation, fermentation, topping preparation, and pizza baking, managing oven temperatures and techniques
• Assist with pizza menu planning and recipe development, including testing, refining, and maintaining accurate specifications
• Monitor production standards during service, correcting methods to maintain optimal taste, texture, and efficiency
• Support staff scheduling for the pizza section, including rosters, overtime, leave, and training of junior pizzaiolos
• Ensure strict hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness standards are maintained

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience a five-star international chain in Europe and Asia in a position of Chef De Partie
• Completed kitchen apprentice or chef’s training for at least one year Sound knowledge about all kinds of cooking techniques and methods
• Proficiency in English
