Job Description

We are currently recruiting for an Account Administrator (HQ) to join our Transguard Living team in our Headquarters, located in DAFZA, Dubai Airport Freezone.

Scope: As an Account Administrator the role lies in meticulously analyzing data, gathering material costs from various suppliers, and crafting comprehensive estimates for a range of services, including repair, maintenance, cleaning, and removal. The objective is to optimize costs while ensuring top-notch quality, ultimately driving value for the company.

Financial

  • AMC Renewal for existing customer and follow up with them to complete the renewal process
  • Estimation and submission of Quoted Jobs
  • Overseeing that the payment links are shared with the customer as per the requirement in due course of time
  • Coordinating with procurement team to receive the supplier quotation / market rates to prepare FIX quotations / proposals
  • Preparing the Financial statements (FS) for AMC & Quoted Jobs
  • Reviewing the market rates with our services and providing justifications for an increase/decrease of quotes
  • Upsell & Cross Sell of Services

Customer 

  • Client Communication & Customer handling.
  • Requirement understanding based on the Estimation Report & Client Call
  • Following up on the Quoted job and book them
  • Escalation management in case of Material or Staff unavailability and rescheduling appointments
  • Discount Management with Customers

Process

  • Estimating the prices based on the Estimation Report from the technical team and preparing a Commercial Document / Financial Summary (FS) for management approval
  • Communicating the requirement with Procurement team for prices to Estimating Quoted Jobs
  • Discussing & finalizing the GC & Net Profit with the Management Team
  • Submitting the Online and PDF quotations to client based on client requirement post approvals
  • Queries / clarifications based on the submitted quotation to be attended and proactively responded for Company benefits and growth
  • Maintaining tracker for AMC renewals and effectively work on renewing the contracts with effective communication
  • Weekly status update on the Quoted Works & Renewals to the management team
  • Submitting Estimations as per the agreed SLA & KPI

  • Maximizing quote conversion by offering practical value for our services

Selection Criteria

  • MS Office Suite
  • Salesforce Basics
  • Oracle Basics
  • Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
  • Excellent verbal & written communications skills, presentation skills & interpersonal skills
  • Have a sound business and technical knowledge of HVAC/MEP and Cleaning service industry.
