Account Executive Jobs in UAE
Scope: Account Executive – is responsible to manage allocated customer accounts in line with the contracted agreement, ensuring we maintain 100% of clients, grow accounts and maintain customer satisfaction – pro-actively balancing the needs of the clients versus the needs of the business and ensuring profitability. To ensure the end-to-end service delivery of the clients’ needs. Being a main point of contact for assigned clients on behalf of Transguard – managing all facets of the day to day running of the contract ensuring technical team are delivering to the highest standards in a timely manner.
Financial:
- Required to drive contract profitability through understanding of key performance indicators on each contract.
- Responsible and accountable for organic growth and new business opportunities.
- Responsible to drive ad-hoc revenue from existing clients.
- Responsible to help grow business within the Abu Dhabi region from a ground up approach.
Customer:
- Develop a good working relationship with the client and hold regular client meetings to ensure the smooth running of the contract.
- Resolve issues as they arise, becoming well versed in knowing when an issue may occur – and resolving it before it does – through active collaboration between the technical team and the clients operations team.
- Monitor and manage the communication channels between client and technical team ensuring needs are being met.
- Drive operational excellence across assigned accounts, providing clients with exceptional service and delivery.
- Identify new opportunities, clients, F&B groups within the region & key contacts within.
- Set meeting & appointments between clients and senior management of TG KMS.
Process:
- Responsible and accountable for client Service Level Agreement (SLA)/Key Performance Indicators (KPI) performance.
- Ensure the correct workflow process are in place and followed by reporting team.
- Track & measure key movers within the region, new openings, expansions & closure – identify & communicate opportunities from this data set.
Innovation:
- Identify areas where repetitive tasks can be automated
- Identify cost saving initiatives/process improvements.
Selection Criteria:
- 5 years of experience in a similar role
- UAE Driver’s License essential
- Excellent computer and reporting skills
- Should have a strong understanding UAE F&B market expectations.
- Excellent commercial awareness and ability to lead sales initiatives and deliver complex managed solutions.
- English fluency mandatory.
