Account Management Lead Jobs in Dubai, UAE
What you’ll do:

- Build a diversified restaurant base by type, geography and cuisine.
- Collaborate with Noon Food head of Sales and Account Management to establish and execute supply acquisition strategy.
- Develop partnerships with large restaurant brands at the level of the country.
- Be close to the field, engage directly into partner relationships and negotiations and provide senior relationship coverage with key accounts.
- Coordinate with cross functional teams to make sure restaurants are timely Activated for your cities.
- Build and manage a successful account management team responsible for driving supply portfolio volume, revenues and returns.
- Develop annual, quarterly, and monthly account management plan, budget and targets.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Operations to analyze results and identify opportunities to improve sales motions, value proposition, sales enablement, systems, processes, and programs.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business management or a similar field
- 5+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Experience in online marketplaces and startups is a plus.
- Sales transformation skills, Stakeholder influencing skills and ability to manage through ambiguity are also core to success.
- Must be fluent in English & Hindi.
- On-demand or e-com platform experience is a plus
