Job requirements
Your Responsibilities:
- Assist in creating and entering spare parts orders into the system.
- Ensure the smooth and efficient processing of spare parts orders
- Support overall supply chain operations.
- Support the team in processing, managing, and tracking spare parts orders in a timely manner.
- The primary goal is to assist in keeping track of the parts ordered, stocked, and delivered correctly.
- Interacting with suppliers and various internal teams in order to ensure order fulfillment.
- Navigate throughout supply chain risks and unexpected delays.
- Create an efficient network of suppliers that minimize freight costs
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Mid-level experience in the UAE in the commercial vehicles/ heavy equipment industry.
- Diploma or Mechanic/ Automobile Degree
- Spare parts competency
- Attentive listening
- Organizational awareness
- Effective communication and negotiation
- Extensive knowledge of Oracle ERP software
- Critical thinking and problem solving
- Teamwork/ collaboration capabilities
- Professional work ethic.
