As an Audit Officer within the Central Operations team, you will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing operational efficiency, identifying gaps, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Your insights and recommendations will support the company’s drive toward excellence and help mitigate risk across the organization.
- Conduct regular audits across different operational units to assess processes, compliance, and internal controls.
- Identify areas of inefficiency, non-compliance, or potential risk and propose actionable recommendations.
- Support the design and implementation of internal audit plans and strategies in line with business objectives.
- Review data, documents, and operational workflows to ensure accuracy, consistency, and policy alignment.
- Collaborate with department heads to communicate findings and facilitate continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in the development and refinement of audit frameworks, checklists, and SOPs.
- Monitor the implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
- Prepare clear and concise audit reports for senior management and stakeholders.
- Stay up-to-date with industry standards, regulatory changes, and audit best practices to maintain a strong control environment.
- Support special investigations and risk assessment projects as needed.
What you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in internal audit, operational audit, or compliance roles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends or anomalies.
- Familiarity with audit tools, risk assessment methodologies, and process improvement techniques.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and internal control standards.
- High attention to detail and a methodical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings clearly and confidently.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Suite; knowledge of ERP or audit software is a plus.
