Chauffeur Drive Services Coordinator Jobs in Dubai, UAE
Scope: To support the Operations Manager in the efficient contract delivery, as well as any other allocated contracts, in line with the commercial agreement. Proficiently coordinate and support day to day operations, facilitating seamless communication between teams and stakeholders. Organize events, manage rosters and fulfilment of all planned roster headcount, and implement processes to ensure administrative compliance and the smooth delivery of time and attendance, contributing to the overall success of the business unit.
Financial
- Support in developing the business growth of the account portfolio, through new business and organic growth
- Facilitate timely and accurate processing of T&A and invoices
- Understand the aspects of the contract and support the management of the KPI compliance to ensure delivery within the boundaries of the contracts and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Standard Work Instructions (SWIs) and achieving the operational SLA and commercial KPIs
- Responsible for reporting operational data to support the review of the financial performance of the contract scorecard
Customer
- Collaborate with other business units to address mutual goals, ensuring seamless administrative workflow, and efficient resolution.
- Continuously assess and enhance processes to streamline operations, increasing efficiency with the aim of improving customer experience.
- Respond to queries efficiently within a timely manner

- Working with key members of the other business units and the supplier organizations to obtain the information required to manage administration tasks effectively
Skills
Selection Criteria
- Minimum years of experience required: 2 Years
- Minimum educational requirements, include must have certifications (if any): High school or above
- Technical skill required to perform accountabilities:
- Administration Management
- Operational awareness
- Effective report writing skills
- Industry sense
- Personal time management.
