Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor contracts and solve contract-related problems with other parties and cooperation with internal depts.
  • Present and communicate with stakeholders about the contract related matters, be a key person of project and work closely with project leaders.
  • Maintain records for correspondence and documentation relative to contracts, deal with client, PMC, Consultant and Sub-contractors, Suppliers to maintain relationships, negotiate commercial and solve the variation works.
  • Evaluate and execute a wide variety of different contracts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/QS
  • 10+ Years of relevant work experience
