Job Description
- End-to-end Order Fulfillment: Overseeing the order fulfillment operations in six GCC countries for Rituals, ensuring smooth processing and delivery.
- Procurement & Vendor Management: Managing the procurement and transportation of packing materials and onboarding new vendors.
- Refunds, Cancellations & Invoicing: Handling refunds, cancellations, and invoicing issues, while coordinating with IT and Logistics teams to resolve any order-related errors.
- Delivery Status Tracking: Monitoring the delivery status of all orders weekly, identifying delayed or held-up shipments, and coordinating with logistics teams to expedite.
- Sales & Inventory Reporting: Analyzing the SOH report for discrepancies, and preparing daily sales reports including WTD, MTD, YTD numbers, total daily orders, AOV, and UPT data.
- Website Content Support: Assisting with website content work to ensure it is up to date and aligned with business needs.
- Vendor Invoice Management: Uploading vendor invoices for generating POs on time, preventing disruptions in vendor services.
- Weekly Replenishments: Managing weekly replenishments for UAE, Kuwait, and Saudi Arabia to avoid stockouts and cancellations, which leads to an increase in sales when stock is reflected in the systems.
- Affiliate Invoice Validation: Validating affiliate invoices against received orders before uploading them for payments.
- Pre-Sale Stock Analysis: Analyzing stock pre-sale periods to ensure adequate stock levels for sales.
- Price File Uploads & Coupon Codes: Uploading price files for UAE to update prices on the website, as well as creating coupon codes.
