What You’ll Own
- Create and maintain standardized templates that set the benchmark for all company documents
- Review, proofread, and enhance documents to ensure precision, readability, and compliance with company standards
- Research and develop well-structured technical content, including manuals, policies, and procedures
- Design clear workflows and guidelines for document production and publication
- Maintain an organized, version-controlled repository of all documents
- Ensure all written materials consistently promote the company’s professional brand image
What You Bring to the Table
- Experience: 10+ years of professional writing, editing, and proofreading, with a strong command of English language nuances
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, English, or a related discipline (Master’s preferred)
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in defense or technical environments a big plus
- Languages: Native Arabic speaker preferred
- Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in word processing software (including VBA), and deep knowledge of editorial standards and publishing practices
- Core Strengths: Exceptional attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, strong organizational and planning skills
