Key Accountabilities 

• Carry out mechanical preventive maintenance service (PMS) of equipment’s as per various maintenance package given with in the time frame
• Report to foremen or team leader any kind of defects found
• Attend brake down of equipment’s at site and provide feedback to superiors after work completion
• Dismantling components of equipments and give feedback to foreman about work progress and parts requirements.
• Maintain good working relationship with workers, appointed foreman, supervisors and management.
• Ensure materials are of required standard prior to use, reporting damages when required.
• Attend any training for any activity required by the department.
• Maintain Good Housekeeping of the work area specially after completing the job.   .
• Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work.

Qualification / Experience & Skills 

• 2 Year Technical certificate in relevant trade (diesel mechanic or automobile)
• Industrial/vocational training
• Basic Knowledge to read and understand the various equipment manuals
• Ability to trouble shoots of plant equipment’s at site. ,Knowledge to diagnose complaint & able to rectify
• Basic working knowledge with diesel engine & trouble shooting and hydraulic system & schematic.
