Job Description
Summary:
As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting a hotel or office. You will handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and provide exceptional customer service to all guests.
Job Responsibility:
– Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
– Handle all guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
– Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and courteously
– Handle reservations and cancellations
– Provide information about hotel/office facilities, services, and local attractions
– Resolve guest complaints in a timely and efficient manner
– Maintain a clean and tidy front desk area
Candidate Requirements:
– Proven work experience as a Front Desk Agent or similar role
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
– Proficient in MS Office and booking/reservation systems
– Customer-oriented and able to handle difficult situations with patience
– Multitasking and time-management skills
– High school diploma; degree in Hospitality or relevant field is a plus
