About the job
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, implement, and manage employee engagement programs and activities aligned with company culture and values.
- Conduct regular surveys (e.g., employee satisfaction, engagement) and analyze feedback to identify areas of improvement.
- Develop initiatives to support employee happiness, well-being, and work-life balance.
- Plan and coordinate employee recognition programs, celebrations, and morale-boosting events.
- Act as a point of contact for employee feedback and suggestions, ensuring concerns are acknowledged and addressed appropriately.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure employee initiatives are well-communicated and supported across the organization.
- Prepare reports and presentations on engagement metrics, trends, and proposed actions.
- Promote and support Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) and corporate social responsibility (CSR) efforts.
- Stay up to date with best practices in employee engagement and workplace happiness to recommend new approaches
REQUIREMENTS
- UAE National with Family Book
- Graduation in any discipline
- 3-5 years relevant experience.
