Head of Digital Partnerships & Analytics Jobs in Dubai, UAE
Principle Accountabilities
· Be exposed to the market of fintech and tech solutions providers to identify strategic partnerships that will strengthen Digital proposition of the bank
· Develop and implement strategic partnership frameworks to foster collaboration with key stakeholders, including fintech companies, technology providers, and other financial institutions.
· Lead digital proposition analytics to drive data-driven decision-making, ensuring the effective use of data to enhance customer experience, optimize operations, and identify new business opportunities.
· Oversee the design and execution of advanced analytics initiatives, leveraging big data, artificial intelligence, and machine learning to generate actionable insights and support strategic planning.
· Collaborate with internal and external partners to identify and evaluate new technologies and innovations that can enhance the bank’s digital capabilities and competitive edge.
· Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behaviors to inform digital team on emerging trends and opportunities.
· Support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within Digital team.
· Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, fostering mutual trust and collaboration to achieve shared goals.
· Deliver regular reports and presentations to senior management, highlighting key digital insights, progress, and recommendations related Digital proposition of the bank.
Requirements
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
· 10-15 years of experience in a leadership role within the banking or financial services industry, with a strong focus on partnerships.
· Experience scoping and implementing digital propositions to enhance digital product offering in collaboration with tech solution providers and / or fintech.
· Deep understanding of data analytics and digital transformation in the banking or financial sector.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
· Strategic thinker with a track record of driving innovation and delivering impactful results.
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
· Demonstrated ability to lead others.
· Time management and organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multi-task.
· Ability to work professionally with various levels of staff and management, strong teamwork.
· Sound judgment, keen sense of urgency and initiative, and high level of professional and personal integrity
· Logical thinker, with strong business planning and strategic thinking skills
