About the Job:

• Define and maintain the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for all payment platforms, ensuring alignment with business goals and cross-functional priorities.
• Lead integration of payment systems with PMS (e.g., OPERA), POS (e.g., Micros), and PSPs (e.g., FreedomPay) using OHIP APIs, ensuring automation and seamless guest payment experiences.
• Optimize online payments across web and mobile, ensuring PCI DSS and GDPR compliance, and using A/B testing and analytics to improve checkout performance.
• Drive adoption of digital wallets (e.g., Apple Pay, Google Pay) and modern bank transfer methods (e.g., UAEPGS, SWIFT) to support regional and global needs.
• Manage vendor relationships, negotiate SLAs, resolve issues, and keep leadership informed on progress, risks, and go-live timelines.
• Ensure compliance with all payment regulations and security standards. Monitor KPIs (e.g., transaction failures, chargebacks) and continuously improve systems using feedback and insights.

About you:

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• 12 years of experience in IT program management and product ownership, with proven leadership in delivering payment or transactional platforms.
• Deep functional expertise in both issuing and acquiring domains—covering credit/debit/prepaid cards, wallets, acquirers, and merchant processing.
• Strong understanding of the luxury hospitality landscape, guest-centric design, and the commercial impact of payment experiences.
• Experience translating strategic business objectives into technology roadmaps and delivering measurable value through payment innovation.
• Banking and payments i.e., Issuing business (Credit cards, Debit cards, Prepaid cards, wallets, Retail Banking, Corporate Banking), Acquiring Business (Acquirers, Merchants)
