Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage on-ground deployment of mobility assets (e.g. e-bicycles, e-bikes) across dark stores
• Supervise a field team of technicians and ensuring fleet is serviced and maintained
• Maintain operational readiness during scale-ups, ensuring enough spares, staff, and technical support are in place.

What you’ll need:

• 2-3 years of experience in logistics, fleet operations, or last-mile deployment (experience in EVs is plus)
• Comfort with managing ground teams and vendors under time-sensitive conditions
• Strong understanding of mobility vehicles and repair/maintenance Sops.
• Proficiency in using tools like Google Sheets/SQL is a plus
