Parts Sales Representative Jobs in Dubai, UAE
Overview of the Role
We are looking for a Parts Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves assisting walk-in customers in selecting required parts, suggesting the right parts or add-ons, and offering specials to ensure customers are exposed to the full product line for all the brands represented by the company. The position is based in Dubai and reports to the Parts Manager.
What You Will Do
- Assist walk-in customers in selecting required parts and suggesting the right parts/add-ons.
- Receive customer enquiries and identify the correct part numbers using parts catalogues (EPC).
- Advise customers on the replacement of related parts and the benefits of using genuine parts.
- Ensure that quotations, sales orders, sales returns, warranties, and application of customer discounts or special net prices are performed as per the standard operating procedure.
- Follow up on back-orders to ensure customers receive timely information on their status and ensure such parts are delivered on the promised date.
- Develop, communicate, enforce, and monitor effective Parts Department processes to ensure internal and external customer satisfaction.
- Assist FAMCO Field Parts Sales teams and Service workshops with quotations and orders.
Required Skills to Be Successful
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any discipline or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years’ work experience in automotive or equipment spare parts, especially heavy commercial vehicles, industrial products, and construction equipment.
- Knowledge of online computer systems such as SAP is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.
- Effective communication with customers and company personnel.
- Ability to build and maintain friendly, warm relationships with customers.
- Cross-cultural sensitivity.
- Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, team player, continuous improvement mindset, quick learner
About the Team
You will be part of the Parts Operation department, working closely with the Parts Manager and other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient parts operations

Your experience in spare parts operations, preferably in automotive parts sales (especially heavy commercial vehicles, industrial products, and construction equipment), along with your knowledge of SAP and proficiency in Microsoft Office, will equip you for this role.
