Job Description

• Developing project plans and schedules based on the scope of work, resource and project constraints.

• Creating detailed schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6) to outline tasks, timelines, milestones, and dependencies.

• Assist Project Manager in identifying the critical area and deviation from the project schedule.

• Managing Project operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of targets within scope, time and cost parameters.

• Prepare Engineering and Deliverable List.

• Identify Contractual Milestones and requirements.

• Prepare & Submit EOT.

• Evaluate allocation of resources and provide recommendations to maintain required progress.

• Submit Delay notice to Subcontractors/contractors if any deviations from Schedule.

• Prepare and submit Weekly Report.

• Prepare Manpower Histogram.

• Identifying potential risks that may affect project schedules and developing mitigation strategies to minimize their impact.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in project planning, within Fire safety & security Projects.

• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project for scheduling and timeline management.

• Certification in project management, such as PMP

• UAE Driving License holder.
