- Assist customers with document registration and compliance.
- Verify data entries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
- Guide customers on required documentation and next steps.
- Maintain accurate records in registration systems and EHR.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Stay updated on registration regulations and procedures.
- Provide administrative support: scheduling, record management, and calls.
- Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations.
- Coordinate appointment schedules for optimal resource use.
- Assist with forms, reports, and other documentation.
- Greet and welcome patients professionally.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin certification preferred.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in admin or customer service, preferably in healthcare.
- Skills:
- Proficiency in computer systems and EHR software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Discretion in handling confidential data.
- Customer-service oriented and calm under pressure.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
- Flexibility for extended hours or weekend shifts.
