  • Assist customers with document registration and compliance.
  • Verify data entries and resolve discrepancies promptly.
  • Guide customers on required documentation and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate records in registration systems and EHR.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and courteously.
  • Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Stay updated on registration regulations and procedures.
  • Provide administrative support: scheduling, record management, and calls.
  • Verify insurance coverage and obtain authorizations.
  • Coordinate appointment schedules for optimal resource use.
  • Assist with forms, reports, and other documentation.
  • Greet and welcome patients professionally.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; healthcare admin certification preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years in admin or customer service, preferably in healthcare.
  • Skills:
    • Proficiency in computer systems and EHR software.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English.
    • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
    • Discretion in handling confidential data.
    • Customer-service oriented and calm under pressure.
    • Familiarity with medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus.
    • Flexibility for extended hours or weekend shifts.
