What You Will Do:
- Contribute to revenue generation, unit sales, and customer engagement through effective sales process management and a strategic distribution approach.
- Assist the Department Sales Manager in preparing annual budgets and business proposals to surpass set targets.
- Identify and pursue new customers and sales opportunities, devising action plans to secure new business for the department.
- Proactively manage customer requirements for on-time delivery, considering lead times, specification changes, and demand fluctuations.
- Cultivate and maintain strong working relationships with key contacts, gathering market intelligence on competitor activities to maintain our competitive edge.
- Independently manage every aspect of the sales process, demonstrating proficiency in negotiation and problem-solving.
- Stay updated on the latest regulations, standards, and industry practices within the Bus sector.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with professionals at all organizational levels.
