JOB PURPOSE
The role holder will act as a liaison between various departments and customers and will be working closely with the Operations Lead on sales analysis and day-to-day sales operations reports.
ESSENTIAL ACCOUNTABILITIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND KPIs
- Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, & annual analysis and studies on sales operations
- Weekly preparation of SKU performance analysis with budget, month ago & YTD comparisons
- Monthly preparation of channel, area & product sales analysis with budget, month ago & YTD comparisons.
- Monthly preparation of product and area sales ratio analysis & contribution analysis
- Monthly preparation of Supervisor and route performance analysis
- Monthly preparation of sales force targets
- Conduct demand forecasting analysis
- Geographical route optimization
- Coordination of marketing activities
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of experience in FMCG industry
- Good time-management skills
- Organization and planning skills
- Strong communication, analytical and administrative skills
- Strong experience in MS Office.
