About the Job:
- Develop and implement account development plans to maximize revenue in both short and long terms.
- Coordinate sales efforts with off-property sales channels to ensure synergy and avoid redundancy.
- Assist in managing and nurturing relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Expand customer base through community engagement and market research.
- Maintain accurate account profiles and history in Jumeirah Connect Salesforce.
- Contribute the monthly sales reports and submit them to the line manager as required.
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- 3-5 years of sales experience, preferably with an international hospitality company
- Strong understanding of core hotelier operations
- Knowledge of Outlook, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint
