Job Description:
- Assessing customer’s needs.
- Pointing clients towards services, resources and providers that can fulfil their needs.
- Explaining to clients how our solutions can resolve their pain points job training for the client care team.
- Resolving issues that arise concerning the delivery of our services.
- Answering phone calls and emails.
- Scheduling appointments for our clients.
- Maintaining and tracking clients’ service records.
- Staying current on new services we develop.
- Evaluating our services and helping to identify.
Skills
- Proven ability to work on a team
- Excellent communication, organisational and record keeping skills
- Creative problem-solving skills
- At least five years of experience in service coordination, customer service or a related field
- Strong work ethic.
