Job Description
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives
- Oversee the creation, revision, and implementation of company-wide policies
- Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and articulate the company’s vision and mission
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives
- Present strategic recommendations and policy updates to executive management and stakeholders
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic projects
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and policies, making adjustments as needed
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in strategic planning
Qualifications
- 10 + years of experience in strategic planning or a related field
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives
- Strong expertise in policy development and implementation
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
- Advanced project management and team leadership abilities
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills
- Proficiency in strategic planning tools and methodologies
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices
- Understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements
- Experience working in the Middle East region preferred
- Ability to think critically and strategically in a fast-paced, global environment.
