Job Description

• Lead the development and implementation of strategic plans aligned with organizational objectives
• Oversee the creation, revision, and implementation of company-wide policies
• Conduct in-depth market analysis and research to identify emerging trends and opportunities
• Collaborate with senior leadership to define and articulate the company’s vision and mission
• Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives
• Present strategic recommendations and policy updates to executive management and stakeholders
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of strategic projects
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented strategies and policies, making adjustments as needed
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in strategic planning

Qualifications

• 10 + years of experience in strategic planning or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful strategic initiatives
• Strong expertise in policy development and implementation
• Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills
• Advanced project management and team leadership abilities
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in strategic planning tools and methodologies
• Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• In-depth knowledge of industry trends and best practices
• Understanding of regulatory environments and compliance requirements
• Experience working in the Middle East region preferred
• Ability to think critically and strategically in a fast-paced, global environment.
