Job Description
- Talent Sourcing: Develop and implement creative strategies to source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and recruitment agencies.
- Screening and Interviews: Review resumes, conduct phone interviews, and assess candidates to determine their fit for open roles.
- Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with department leaders to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to job offer.
- Job Postings: Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, ensuring they are clear, appealing, and aligned with the company’s values and culture.
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negotiate salaries, and handle candidate onboarding documentation.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
- Employer Branding: Promote the company’s culture and values to attract top talent and enhance the company’s reputation as an employer of choice.
- Compliance: Ensure that all hiring practices comply with legal and company policies, including diversity and inclusion efforts.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar talent acquisition role.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• 15+years of Experience in end to end recruitment.
• Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
o Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices.
