About the job
Purpose of the Job
Assess training needs, create training materials, and teach classes as per the rules and regulation of RTA.
Job Accountabilities
- Develop training manuals and class materials Presented by RTA.
- Set up training systems and equipment for technicians, mechanics, and other technical staff.
- Supports in the development of teaching materials and course development of motor vehicle programmes.
- Maintain documentation on learners and preparing portfolios of Motor Vehicle programmes.
- Submits monthly report on training activities & performance to senior management.
- Maintains a clean, safe working environment.
- Participates in HSE incident investigation ensure corrective preventive actions are adequately taken and closed out.
- Review work orders to ensure that all actions have been documented according to service workshop policies and procedures.
- Applies the manufacturer’s directives and safety rules.
- Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and as per the assigned specific responsibilities.
- Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line Manager.
Qualifications & Education
Technical diploma completion certificate in automobile technology
Experience
Minimum 5years of experience in a similar role within the workshop dealer.
Knowledge & Skills
Language preference: English, Hindi, Arabic.
Knowledge of vehicle diagnostic system.
Valid – UAE Driving License.
