Techno Functional Specialist Jobs in UAE
Financial:
- Support, stabilize and enhance the newly implemented Oracle Fusion HCM Fusion application.
- Ensures the stability of Oracle Fusion and EBS environments, while overseeing that integrations effectively support the Co-existence model.
- Ensure that the Oracle HCM application is up to date with the latest quarterly updates and that features are enabled to add value to the HR business.
Customer:
- Maintain an effective working relationship with BU Champions
- Engage in effective, clear and concise interaction with all stakeholders in meetings and emails
- Ensure current business processes are challenged in an assertive manner
- Exhibit a can-do attitude and willing to work with all stakeholders towards implementing a good solution
- Collaborate with the business to understand their processes, requirements, and objectives related to HCM processes
Process:
- Lead requirement gathering workshops, analyze business needs, and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure and customize Oracle Fusion HCM modules to align with business processes and industry best practices.
- Provide technical expertise in data migration, integrations, and extensions using Oracle Fusion middleware tools.
- Design and develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide insights into HCM data metrics.
- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful adoption and utilization on Oracle Fusion HCM.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, QA analysts, and project managers to deliver high quality solutions on time and within budget.
- Conduct end user training, and provide post go live support
Innovation:
- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion HCM trends, features, and updates, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Ability to provide innovative solutions and design ideas that would be transformational to BU operations.
Selection Criteria:
- Minimum 8 – 10 years techno functional Oracle Fusion HCM experience
- Strong experience in PaaS development (APEX, VBCS) & SaaS integration/extensions
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science, computer engineering, information technology or any related field
- Understanding of HR processes, workflows and experience with data migration, configuration, and integration
- Proven experience on BI Publisher (BIP), Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI), dashboards, fast formula, error handling, SOAP/REST services, BPM, personalization, Sandboxes, page composer etc
- Strong experience in Data loading/migration (HDL, Payroll Batch Loader, extracts, web services, spreadsheet loaders)
- Hands-on experience with the Oracle Redwood user experience, including configuration, personalization, and custom extension development using VBS/VBCS
- Familiarity with Oracle’s AI and generative AI capabilities for HCM
- Strong experience with PL/SQL and reporting tools
- API Integration Development using Oracle Cloud Integration
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations
