About the job
Job Purpose:
The role holder is responsible to answer incoming calls and perform outgoing calls, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information. It is the role holder responsibility to inform customers of the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice interactions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Help improve revenue and retention by upselling Service Package, Extended Warranty, Body and Paint Warranty Certificates and other Value-Added Services, aside from promoting on-going campaigns.
- Answer all queries about the products being sold and proactively ask questions to customers to understand their requirements.
- Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
- Manages a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Identifies and escalates issues to supervisor.
- Provides product and service information to the customer.
- Recognizes, documents, and alerts.
Background & Experience (years):
- 2 to 5 years in a similar role within Automotive field, preferably Aftersales Business operations or high volume organizations.
- Proven ability to work independently and with others, following strict guidelines.
- Able to manage complex human relationships and culturally sensitive.
