Scope: Proficiently coordinate and support daily operations, facilitating a seamless experience for new joiner site-based employees, focusing on the fastest time through the arrivals process, passing the information on to the onboarding process, and ensuring the comfort of all new joiners throughout their arrivals journey.
Financial:
- Passports to be handled with care and avoid misplacing of passports.
- Ensure 100% attendance on EIDs/Medicals/Trainings appointments.
Customer:
- Assist all new joiners to understand TG’s key policies.
- Ensure the comfort of all new joiners by proving them hassle free service.
- Accommodate and resolve queries and concerns of all new joiners during their journey through arrivals process.
Process:
- Collect the passports of all new-joiner employees for Medical and EID process ensuring the safekeeping of the passports.
- Mark new joiners as arrived on HR360 upon their arrival.
- Conduct HRI sessions for all new joiners.
- Receive new joiners from Airport & Update on HR360 along with email.
Innovation:
- Continuously suggest improvements to the arrivals process to make employees’ journeys more comfortable and enhance efficiency by reducing the time in arrivals process.
Selection Criteria:
- English level should be 3 as per TG EPT standards.
- Intermediate knowledge along with hands-on experience on MS Office applications.
- MS Excel – Intermediate Level
- MS Word – Basic
- Outlook – Should have knowledge on how to read/write/send emails on Outlook.
- Preferably a diploma holder (Higher secondary academic qualifications will also be considered as a second priority).
