About the Job

• Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the assigned station and work areas throughout the day, practicing clean-as-you-go procedures.
• Provide hands-on support to chefs and the Assistant Outlet Manager in all areas of their duties, ensuring efficient operations.
• Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets.
• Follow all relevant health, safety, and environment procedures to provide luxurious and safe hospitality services to guests.
• Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards, delivering a high level of service excellence to guests.
• Develop and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues, support the team in reaching common goals, and address employees’ concerns appropriately.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Higher Secondary School certificate
• Software competencies – Microsoft Office programs (Intermediate)
• Leadership and team management skills
• Creative and detailed-oriented
