Team Leader Automotive
Subsidiary: Emirates Motor Company – Mercedes Benz – Abu Dhabi
Job Purpose: Oversee and ensure optimum utilization of the available workshop labour and resources to achieve set operational efficiency targets. Ensure the team carries out vehicle repair and service activities in accordance to established quality, safety and efficiency guidelines as per ALFAHIM guidelines and within set time frames.
Experience: 6 – 7 years of minimum experience of customer care & operations experience within automotive work shop environment and 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within premium/luxury car brand.
Qualification: Diploma in Automobile, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent and Certification as Automotive or Diagnostic Technician is preferred.
Sales Consultant PC
Subsidiary: Emirates Motor Company – Mercedes Benz Cars – Abu Dhabi.
Job Purpose: Drive sales for EMC passenger cars for the retail customers to achieve set annual sales targets and customer satisfaction objectives. Manage and follow full lifecycle of sales from actual sales to hand over to the customer.
Experience: 3 years of minimum experience in sales and customer relationship. Experience in luxury cars dealer preferred.
Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Business/ Engineering or equivalent.
