Overview of the role:

The Branch Sales Support Executive plays a critical role in supporting branch-level sales operations by ensuring accurate documentation, effective stock management, and timely vehicle arrangements. This role directly supports the branch in achieving daily and monthly sales objectives while delivering a seamless and positive customer experience. The position is location-specific and supports end-to-end sales coordination activities across assigned branches within the UAE.

 

What you will do:

  • Prepare, verify, and manage deal packs for invoicing and vehicle delivery
  • Create and process financial documentation for bank deals and coordinate with accounting teams
  • Validate customer documentation to ensure compliance prior to delivery
  • Coordinate sales operations including demo, display, Goshi, and marketing units
  • Ensure availability, correct display, and specification accuracy of showroom vehicles
  • Manage aged stock vehicles and support physical stock verification at branch level
  • Coordinate vehicle sanitation, inspection, damage repair, and on-time delivery in line with SLAs
  • Manage demo units including registration, de-registration, fueling, Salik, and related logistics
  • Handle administrative and ad-hoc sales support activities to ensure smooth branch operations

About the team:

You will be part of the Sales Department, working closely with Sales Consultants, Drivers, Finance, and Operations teams at branch level. The team supports Corporate, Dealer, Retail, SME, and TPO sales channels and plays a key role in achieving volume and gross margin targets while ensuring an exceptional customer journey.

 

What equips you for the role:

  • High school graduate or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar sales support or dealership operations role
  • Proficiency in SAP for documentation, invoicing, and system updates
  • Strong working knowledge of MS Office, particularly MS Excel
  • Experience supporting retail automotive or sales operations environments
  • Ability to work across UAE branches as required
