What You Will Do

• Prepare and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management and key stakeholders, ensuring timeliness and 100% accuracy.
• Generate and analyze business-specific reports, supporting the Planning Team and automating planning documents using Tableau, Alteryx, or Power BI.
• Schedule and facilitate meetings with key stakeholders to identify business pain points and drive impactful solutions.
• Simulate sales incentives as per policy and communicate incentive breakdowns clearly to Sales, HR, Finance, and Accounts teams.
• Deliver insights that directly influence management’s direction and business strategy.

Required Skills to Be Successful

• Highly analytical mindset with a passion for data and numbers.
• Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience handling large datasets and using data analytics/visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Alteryx).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

About the Team

You’ll be part of a collaborative environment, working closely with the Sales Performance Office, Site Sales Management, Head Office Management, Brand and Marketing, Finance, Payroll, and HR teams. Our culture values clear communication, accuracy, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What Equips You for the Role

• Bachelor’s Degree (required).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience, with at least 3 years in a similar role—preferably within the automotive sector.
• Proven track record in data-driven analysis, reporting, and business insight delivery.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, operational environment.
