What You Will Learn & Do (Full Training Provided)

As part of your development, you will gradually take on responsibilities such as:

• Supporting the collection, organization, and validation of product data
• Using SAP/ERP and Windchill PLM systems to classify and manage item records
• Assisting with cataloguing and documentation across multiple departments
• Preparing reports, summaries, and item documentation using Excel and other tools
• Managing codification requests with completeness and accuracy
• Ensuring codification meets internal policies, H6 Manual, and NATO Codification System (NCS) guidelines

You will become an essential part of the team ensuring accurate, standardized, and traceable identification of items used across the organization.

• Able to work cross‑functionally with Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and other teams
• Methodical, organized, and reliable

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum Requirements

• UAE National
• 2–3 years of experience in a structured environment (cataloguing, data entry, documentation, logistics, supply chain, technical admin, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Experience with ERP or PLM systems is an advantage
• Fluent in English (spoken & written)
• High School Diploma or above

Preferred

• 3+ years of experience in Aerospace or Defence
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Experience supporting product lifecycle, engineering documentation, or manufacturing processes

Note: Technical background is an advantage, but not mandatory. Full codification training will be provided.
