Job Purpose

To actively support Sr Coordinators for  smooth Sales Order processing by physically liaising with customers, suppliers, Customs and warehouse  to complete the delivery of items. To discharge commercial coordination tasks on the ground (outside office premises) such as MOFA attestations, TRA approvals, Customer Delivery Coordination including Etisalat bulk deliveries in Awir and Abu Dhabi, Demo items, support the Sales Coordination function with regard to customs clearance (DAFZA & JAFZA) for Import Bill of entries.

Job Responsibilities

• Demo Materials Management – delivery to customers and taking back after successful POC.
• Coordinating for clearance of import shipments with Freight forwarders for arranging clearance after customs procedures and collecting documents from banks for shipments under Letter of Credit.
• Providing backup for warehouse operations, in case of absence of Warehouse Supervisor.
• Supporting the Accountant to Vendor bill registration based on the GRN by warehouse as part of month end process.
• Placing of Purchase Orders relating to Operating Expenses based on budget allocations and quotes received.
• Coordination with customer Material Deliveries, including Etisalat Bulk Deliveries across the UAE.
• Import Document Clearance Coordination with DAFZA and JAFZA.
• Attestation of Import shipment documents from Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA)
• Support Senior Commercial Coordinators for minor Sales order processing in SD, MM and PS modules in SAP.
• Supporting the Senior Coordinators in updating CRM and DMS  for orders under process including for the final BOQ.
• Support for minor deliveries to customers if Warehouse Delivery Van is engaged.
• Physical monitoring of deliveries to  Etisalat Warehouses in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.

Job Requirements

Qualifications

  •  3+ years of professional experience in sales or commercial administration

 

Experience

  • Minimum 3 years professional experience in handling basic accounting and or commercial related tasks

 

Knowledge & Skills

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to liaise with Government departments
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office with basic knowledge of SAP
  • Well organized & able to carry out effective plans in different situations
  • Can work under pressure with deadlines
  • Able to work independently
  • With UAE Driving License Results Driven.
