- MEP Supervisor
Job Requirements:
- Appropriate FM certificates or qualification.
- Candidates with minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in Facilities Management Operation.
- Having strong computer skills with hands-on experience in report preparation, and CAFM system operations.
- Candidates with experience in managing Facilities Management services within residential/commercial towers.
- Candidates with experience working under Owners Association management will be an advantage.
- Having strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.
- Candidates must have good communication and teamwork skills.
- Candidates on visit visa or cancelled visa are highly preferred.
