What You’ll Do

• Develop and maintain comprehensive Configuration Management plans aligned with project needs
• Collaborate closely with design and development teams to manage multiple configuration baselines
• Implement control measures to guarantee accurate and timely baseline delivery
• Monitor and enforce strict compliance with CM policies and procedures
• Lead audits to verify the accuracy and integrity of product data
• Generate insightful reports on configuration status for project stakeholders
• Mentor and train engineers on CM best practices and process improvements
• Design and deliver engaging training programs for internal teams

Who You Are

• A Configuration Management expert with 7+ years hands-on experience in systems engineering environments
• Deeply knowledgeable in ANSI/EIA 649 standards and system engineering principles
• Experienced in aerospace or defense industries (preferred) with a passion for complex technical challenges
• Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and results-driven
• Skilled at building strong working relationships and coaching teams to success
• Educated with a High School diploma or Associate degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering (minimum); Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering preferred.
