About The Job
- Create, oversee, and monitor the hotel’s budget, ensuring departmental adherence and reporting variances with corrective recommendations.
- Perform cost analysis and financial data reviews to identify savings opportunities, trends, and inefficiencies.
- Supervise inventory management, including stock control, reordering, and audits to maintain accuracy and prevent losses.
- Monitor expenses for necessity and compliance, verifying invoice accuracy and legitimacy.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports and statements to management in a timely manner.
- Establish internal controls, negotiate with suppliers, collaborate with departments on financial needs, and enforce cost control procedures to safeguard assets and promote financial accountability.
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs at an intermediate level.
- Strong problem-solving, leadership, team management, and project management skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented approach to work.
- 3-5 years of accounting or financial management experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
