About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a Cost Controller to join Accounting and Finance team of Jumeirah Al Qasr. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
Daily Task
- Preparation of Daily Flash Food Cost Report
- Interface & Verifying Daily Sales To Deplete Inventory
- Posting beverage and other manual transfers in Oracle Fusion
- Revenue Transfers and monitor all F&B packages with various allocation
- Verifying & Approving Food & Beverage Recipes
Weekly Task
- Oracle Fusion set up
- Beverage inventory spot check
- Brunch Stock take
- Open Item audit
Monthly Task
- Inventory Reconciliation
- Month End Cut Off Oracle Fusion
- Stock On Hand Report
- Bar Variance Report
Qualification & Experience
- 3-years experience in Cost Control
- Degree in Finance & Accounting or its equivalent
- Good knowledge of Symphony, Oracle Fusion.
