Job Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
In close coordination with the Head of Contact Center, the Data Entry Assistant (Temporary) will be:
- Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
- Guide and help the new students in opening their files online through AU Web Page.
- Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
- Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.
Qualifications and Skills:
- This position is only for Ajman University Graduates or Undergraduate students.
- Can work full-time shifts if needed.
- Familiar with AU Colleges, majors, activities, AU ranking
- Academic Excellence is preferred
- Very good communication skills
- Good command of English language.
