Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

In close coordination with the Head of Contact Center, the Data Entry Assistant (Temporary) will be:

  • Preparing and sorting documents for data entry.
  • Guide and help the new students in opening their files online through AU Web Page.
  • Compiling, verifying accuracy and sorting information to prepare source data for computer entry.
  • Reviewing data for deficiencies or errors, correcting any incompatibilities and checking output.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • This position is only for Ajman University Graduates or Undergraduate students.
  • Can work full-time shifts if needed.
  • Familiar with AU Colleges, majors, activities, AU ranking
  • Academic Excellence is preferred
  • Very good communication skills
  • Good command of English language.
