About the Job

The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:

• Deliver exceptional guest service by anticipating needs, personalizing experiences, and resolving concerns with professionalism and care.
• Create memorable dining moments through expert menu knowledge, upselling opportunities, and polished food & beverage service (including Silver/Gueridon where trained).
• Prepare and maintain the outlet for seamless operations, ensuring tables, trays, and service areas are set to brand standards.
• Act as a knowledgeable ambassador of the company, confidently advising guests on restaurant offerings, in-house services, and local attractions.
• Support smooth daily operations through accurate order taking, efficient communication between kitchen, bar, and service teams, and timely service delivery.
• Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team by assisting colleagues, maintaining grooming standards, and upholding hygiene, safety, and compliance procedures.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Must be currently enrolled in a university or a recent graduate of a relevant university degree
• Fluent in English, and additional language is a plus
• Knowledge of and passion for Food and Beverage
• Must possess interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
• Ability to work flexibly, adapting to varying schedules and hotel occupancy demands
