About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for an Executive to join the Food & Beverage Management department in Jumeirah Saadiyat Island. The main duties and responsibilities of this role are:
- Provide professional and courteous secretarial and administrative support to facilitate the efficient functioning of the department and team.
- Maintain and update databases relevant to the department’s activities, ensuring information is coordinated and shared with team members as needed.
- Act as a guest liaison during peak hours to personalize and enhance the guest experience.
- Track and monitor purchase requisitions, manage store inventory, and ensure adequate supplies are available to support the department’s operations.
- Handle logistics for business trips, including booking flights, accommodations, and organizing necessary materials for team members.
- Manage digital platforms or pages relevant to the department’s activities, updating information and documents as required.
- Establish and maintain an organized filing system for departmental data, including contracts and other important documents.
- Coordinate contract management processes, ensuring that signed contracts are accurately recorded and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
About you:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
- Degree or Diploma in hospitality or F&B Management
- Familiarity with Forbes and LQA standards.
