Job Description
1. To process requests from staff pertaining to issuance of salary certificate addressed to Ministry of Interior (Immigration), Police Department and Consulate and provide required services in a timely and accurate manner.
2. To process and prepare On-Line application forms that are to be submitted to Dubai Immigration pertaining to Residence Visa, Business Visa as and when required.
3. Maintaining records and a tracking system to follow up on delivered documents or pending documents thus keeping an update in the system HRMS on every document delivered.
4. To assist in issuance of new ID Cards and its renewal in a timely manner and to ensure that all employees possess required identification during work.
5. To prepare documentation in prescribed formats in coordination with the Company departments and employees and follow up on the renewal for any of the above listed documents in a timely and accurate manner.
6. Ensure safe passport & document details (Passport/Social status/Visa Validity/ID Card/title changes, etc) are updated accurately in HR Oracle in order to generate reports periodically.
7. To prepare documentation to the department of Health Medical Services to obtain medical appointment and authorized dependents.
8. Prepare monthly report for payroll regarding sponsorship, to keep track of headcount of visa expenses.
9. Prepare monthly reports for finance regarding expenses details for each employee, showing them how the money was spent.
10. To establish effective communication and to be accountable for all matters related to Government Affairs and to maintain 100% database as well integrity.
