Job Description

  1.       DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Maintaining employee files as per JCIA requirements.
    2. Responsible for documents filing.
    3. Distributing new Evaluation and Job description of staff and newly joined including Outsource staff.
    4. Distributing the Job description and Privileging if expired and to newly joined Doctors and CBD doctors.
    5. Scanning the resigned employee’s file.
    6. Responsible for distributing circular, emails and document distribution.
    7. Ordering and maintaining office supplies as requirements.
    8. Responsible for Attending Visitors.
    9. Responsible for arranging Medicals and Twajeeh Training.
    10. Handling employees’ enquiries and NMC Connect queries.
    11. Responsible for Staff Files (Nursing) during JCIA.
    12. Performs other related works as per instruction of the Head of the Department.
    13. Adherence to all JCIA and Hospital Rules and Regulations.

Qualifications

  1. QUALIFICATION, LICENSURE, EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SPECIAL SKILLS
  2. A Bachelor’s Degree in related field or its equivalent.
  3. With computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
  4. One two years of general experience, Human Resources experience preferred.
  5. With good spoken and written English communication skills. Arabic language is advantageous but not essential.
  6. General knowledge of various employment laws and practice of the country.
  7. With good interpersonal skills.
  8. Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality
