Responsibilities:

  • Planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling daily site activities of site work.
  • Recording all site activities data and maintaining site daily report in professional manner.
  • Preparing and conducting daily inspections.
  • Overall monitoring all trades in terms of progress, quality, HSE and cost controlling.
  • Coordinating between different trades to ensure smooth site progress.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering
  • 5 Years’ of relevant work experience in Construction projects
  • Experience in Hotel Projects
