Key Accountabilities:

  • Analyze current CNC and surface treatment processes to identify inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
  • Design and implement process improvements to optimize production flow and reduce cycle times.
  • Support production planning by providing data-driven capacity and resource recommendations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on process efficiency, quality, and cost.
  • Develop training materials and provide technical guidance to operators and technicians
  • Conduct risk assessments related to CNC machining and chemical surface treatment processes
  • Participate in cross-functional teams for new product introductions or process validations
  • Support inventory control and materials flow management to reduce waste and improve availability
  • Utilize simulation tools or software to model and optimize production scenarios.
  • Assist with budget planning and cost control related to process engineering activities.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and new technologies relevant to CNC and surface treatment engineering.

 

Experience & Education Qualifications:

Expertise:

Minimum:   Fresh Graduate

Preferred:

    • 3 years of similar experience in the aerospace, automotive or energy industry

 

Minimum Qualification:

Minimum:   High Diploma in Industrial Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Preferred:

                 Bachelor or Master degree in Industrial Engineering
