Marketing Specialist

Position Overview

As the Marketing Specialist will collaborate with the Head of Marketing and E-Commerce to implement marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, engage passengers, and contribute to the success of our best customer services for the ER Mobility train services. This role is instrumental in developing and executing marketing strategies to promote our services and enhance the overall passenger experience.

Roles and Responsibility

• Assist in the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Collaborate with the Head of Marketing and E-Commerce to ensure consistent brand messaging.

• Create compelling and engaging content for various marketing channels, including social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with design teams to develop visually appealing assets.

• Manage and maintain social media accounts, creating and scheduling posts to increase brand visibility and engagement.

• Monitor social media trends and engage with the online community.

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to attract and retain passengers.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign alignment.

• Utilize analytics tools to assess the performance of marketing campaigns.

• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with external partners, agencies, and influencers to enhance marketing reach and effectiveness.

• Negotiate and manage partnerships to promote passenger train services.

• Develop strategies to enhance passenger engagement and loyalty.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback to inform marketing strategies.

Desirable qualifications, skills and experience

Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Experience and Other Skills:

• Proven experience 5+ years in marketing role, preferably in the transportation or travel industry.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficient in social media management and content creation.

• Analytical mindset with experience in data analysis tools.

• Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail.
